Madison - Newborn

When I was growing up we lived on such a fabulous little dead end road.  I loved being able to ride my horse up and down the street, walk to a friend’s house and sell pies to our neighbors and meanwhile not worry about passing cars.  I wish we still lived on a dead end street—but we enjoy other aspects of our rural neighborhood.

Remember Mandy’s maternity pictures from a month or so ago?  Well she and husband Michael brought the sweetest little baby girl into the world a couple weeks ago!  Little Madison is the sweetest little thing with the most adorable nursery!  I had such a great time photographing their growing family—I even made them sit in the middle of their dead end road.  I LOVE the pictures in the road!  Don’t worry—Madison was informed that it wasn’t appropriate everyday behavior and she wasn’t allowed to do it in the future.  So consider yourself warned—if I come to your house for your session and you live on a dead end road, you just might find yourself sitting in the middle of it with your new baby.  You may want give your neighbors a heads up or they may think you’ve lost your marbles!  I think it is worth it though!

I couldn't get enough of her little rolls, especially since she was so tiny! 

I can’t decide which of the next two I love more—the most precious little yawn or the most peaceful little content baby face.  What do you think?
