Ducks + Cupcakes!

A couple weeks ago I had the pleasure of attending my good friend Katie's baby shower. Katie and I have been friends since high school and it is so much fun to see her so radiant as she expects her first baby! I can't wait for the little guy to come, but hopefully we can get in some maternity pictures this weekend before the big arrival! The shower was such a great time with fantastic food and fun games (by the way, I am horrible at guessing the titles and artists of songs with the word "baby" in them)! So some of the favors got eaten before the party was over...I want you to know I had nothing to do with it. Well, ok maybe I did, but I wasn't the first to dive in. Seriously, who can resist Dove chocolate? I sure can't and I'm not even pregnant!

Check out this awesome baby sling! I loved the colors! Supposedly this is some fancy version that all the celebrities use, so this mom and baby are going to be stylin'! It didn't take long for the crafty ladies in the room to plot and plan how to make their own!

A great day at the park

Last Saturday I had the opportunity to photograph Kevin, his two golden retrievers and his grandpa's classic car. What an awesome time we had playing in all the sunshine! Thank you so much Kevin and Bev for the great morning! Enjoy this sneak peak!

What a beautiful wedding I had the opportunity to photograph last week! Kim and Eddy, thank you so much for letting me be part of your special day! Every detail of your wedding was stunning! There were so many wonderful aspects of the day--I couldn't narrow down my favorite images so there are a ton below. Sean Martin did a fabulous job DJing the ceremony and reception. If you need a DJ he is your guy!

I've never seen such a good looking bridal party! Don't they all look lovely?! Kim's grandmother did a wonderful job providing music on the piano!

Don't worry I haven't forgotten about you! Things have been CRAZY around our house! Soon I'll be posting pictures from an awesome wedding, a pictorial story on why I love Concrete (the town, not the rock mixture), some baby shower pics, some barn update pics, remodel update pics, a family session and in the weeks to come maternity and newborn sessions!
