This Saturday I had the opportunity to photograph a gorgeous wedding set in the most perfectly manicured yard in Sumas, WA. Coreen’s mom has an amazing green thumb! Not only did she fill the yard with colorful and fragrant flowers but she also took care of all of the wedding flowers, bouquets and boutonnieres. The atmosphere of the ceremony and reception was so cheerful from all of her hard work. Both Jason and Coreen’s family worked so hard to make this a beautiful day! Jason’s family and friends flew in from across the country for the wedding. But the most beautiful part of the day was Coreen and Jason’s love for each other. It was so evident they adored one another. Thank you so much Coreen and Jason for letting me document your most beautiful wedding! I wish you the best as you make your home all the way across the states!
Coreen’s friend Sydney who stood as a bridesmaid is a stylist at Unique FX Salon in Lynden. She did an AMZING job with Coreen’s hair and makeup!
The guys were seeking shelter from the sun near some traveler trailers hidden away on the property for some out of town guests. Having just lived in a travel trailer for nine months I’m a little attached to them so we grabbed a couple quick shots at the Trailer Estates.
Doesn’t Coreen look absolutely amazing!?
Such a beautiful setting for the ceremony prepared by Coreen’s mom and dad! By the way—I can’t say I’ve ever seen a pastor ask the couple to kiss three times before! There was some serious love in the air!
My favorite! Look how happy they are!
This little girl was so precious! I loved her blonde curls!
Second favorite—black and white all around!
Coreen’s parents are obviously very close to her—her father-daughter dance was particularly special.
Amazing pictures! The father-daughter dance picture brought tears to my eyes! What a great picture. I love the pic of the groomsmen in the field too, great job Steph!
