Booker & Kirsten | Bellingham Wedding Photographer
What a beautiful wedding Booker and Kirsten had at Evergreen Gardens this June! These two are so wonderful together, I wish I could photograph them every day! Their wedding and decor was classic and simple which let their relationship really shine. I particularly loved the little details of the day and how effortlessly it all flowed together. Kirsten did an awesome job doing so many of the wedding details herself including the flowers and cupcakes. I have no idea how she got it all done and looking so amazing—what a talent she has! Although it rained a bit it didn’t stop these two from getting some great pictures around the beautiful Evergreen Gardens grounds. Total supermodels.
Thanks so much Booker, Kirsten and your friends and family. Each one of you was so welcoming and kind—I felt like part of the family!
All of the wedding pictures will be online soon but here are some of my favorites including an awesome slideshow of even more of my favorites plus a little surprise towards the end. You saw that correctly—I’m now shooting video with my Canon 5D Mark II camera and I LOVE it! This service will be a fun little gift to my wedding clients this year as I get some experience under my belt so keep your eyes peeled for more video/photograph fusion slideshows to come!
Kirsten’s bridesmaids were the best ever—they doted on Kirsten and let the day be all about her. Plus they win the award for the best bridesmaid dresses ever—totally flattering on everyone and they had pockets! You really can’t beat that!
Booker—working his inner supermodel and looking hot.
This one is my favorite—can’t you just feel how much they love each other?!
Kirsten—I told you that you have gorgeous eyes. Now do you believe me? I seriously think Kirsten has no idea how absolutely gorgeous she is—Dear Kirsten, please note how absolutely gorgeous you are!
Look at all the rain coming down…it stopped, right after the ceremony!
This little guy is about the cutest thing I have ever seen!
The beginning of truck decorating job. Booker—I told you that they weren’t doing anything too bad to your truck after I took these pictures. Please be aware that I only saw them blowing up balloons…I think things got a little crazier after these beers were finished.

Ian & Kristen | Lynden Maternity Photographer
This past week I had a wonderful time photographing Ian and Kristen’s maternity session. Kristen looked absolutely radiant—she is one gorgeous mama-to-be! These two were wonderful to work with and I was so excited that Ian brought out his classic truck for the session! I can’t wait to meet and photograph their new baby (hopefully in just a few short weeks!), especially with that truck!
Thanks so much Ian and Kristen! You two are fabulous! I hope the rest of your pregnancy flies by—see you soon! All of their session images will be up by the end of the week.
Isn’t she gorgeous?!

Kevin & Kailey – Bellingham Wedding Photographer
Bellingham Bay, sail boats, beautiful couple—engagement sessions don’t get any better than this! I love shooting in new locations so when Kailey mentioned that they wanted their engagement session down on the docks of Bellingham Bay and with her fiancés sail boat I was so excited to play in a new location! I adore photographing relationships and I find such happiness in shooting landscapes and details down on the waterfront so I couldn’t have asked for a better combination—except maybe to shoot a bride and groom down on the docks and on a sailboat which I get to do again this fall thanks to this awesome couple! YAY!
Thanks so much Kevin and Kailey—you two were up for anything and your neighbor friends on the dock were icing on the cake to let us play on their boats too! Tell them thanks again for me!
All of Kevin and Kailey’s session images are online here or click on the Online Ordering links above. Enjoy!
I LOVE this picture—don’t they look so happy!?
I think this one is my favorite—I love that it captures real life and that I was standing on a gorgeous turquoise boat (featured below). It is the small things that make me the happiest!
The turquoise boat in the background was amazing and the owner was so kind too! I think if I painted everything in my life that turquoise color I would be perma-happy! It is so cheerful! It went perfectly with Kailey’s shirt—love it!
One of my favorites! I’m so glad neither Kailey or I fell backward into the water while we worked at getting this shot—it could have been bad…and cold!
