Brennen – 18 Months
EDIT TO ADD: All of Brennen's pictures can be seen here, or by clicking on the Online Ordering links above. Enjoy!
Some things just come adorable. When I think of adorable several things pop into my mind—tiny little puppies, sweet little grandmas, skipping little girls in pink tutus and little toddler boys with spiky hair and big smiles!
Last Saturday I had an awesome time photographing Brennen for his 18 month session. Brennen did not disappoint in bringing on the adorableness. Seriously—I don’t believe Brennen could get any more adorable! I loved chasing him through Berthusen Park, seeing what interested him (mostly tractors!) and laughing with his awesome mom, Nicole. Thanks so much for hanging out with me Nicole and Brennen and making me smile everytime I look at these pictures! Here is your sneak peak—the rest will be up within a week.

Chuck and Jamie – Wedding Reception
EDIT TO ADD: All of Chuck and Jamie's reception photos are now online! Check them out here or by clicking on the Online Ordering link above. Enjoy!
Saturday night I had the opportunity to photograph Chuck and Jamie’s beautiful wedding reception at the Bellingham Ferry Terminal. Chuck and Jamie got married a few weeks prior in Kauai and were celebrating the occasion with their family and friends. The night was so beautiful—perfect weather and amazing details were topped off with a couple so noticeably in love. Chuck and Jamie—thank you so much for letting me photograph this special event! I had a hard time narrowing down my favorites, so check out the many sneak peak pictures below! All the rest of the night’s images (including the guest images taken by my fantastic second shooter for the evening, Chuck Hamstreet) will be up in 2-3 weeks. Keep an eye on the Online Ordering sidebar to the right for their session to appear.
The amazing view and setup at the Bellingham Ferry Terminal. The couple set out little fishing games for each of the young guests—adorable idea and from all the shots I got of children and their Dads’ playing the game, I’d say it was a big hit!
Another fantastic detail—rocks with each guests’ name and their table number on them. They looked beautiful on the table and were a very memorable touch!
The oh so beautiful couple! Stunning bride!
The couple had their beautiful leis shipped from the wedding florist in Kauai, Flowers Forever. They were the perfect touch of Kauai!
This may be my favorite portrait…I can’t decide!
The Backyard Gardener did an amazing job with the bouquet and arrangements around the ferry terminal—I wish I could post the scent of this bouquet on the blog…simply amazing! Kim always does an fantastic job!
This sweet little baby nearly stole the show—check out that beautiful hair and porcelain skin!
Naturally Decadent Affairs provided a superb meal. Not only was their food amazing but their presentation and service was perfection!
These pineapple leaves draping over the edge of the fruit platter were so simple and stunning—the whole table was set up with this much attention to detail. If they ever do cooking classes—I’m going to be the first to sign up! The food was fantastic!
Check out this amazing cheesecake from Chuckanut Bay Foods—there were several more varieties and it was all I could do to resist such amazing goodness!
Chris Graves of Your Song Entertainment kept the night rolling and the dancing moving! He did a fantastic job!
A quiet moment of prayer during the dinner blessing.
A variety of drinks made for a colorful toast in the late evening light!
First dance! The sun was going down and made for a perfect golden glow!
This adorable couple were the winners of the Anniversary Dance—being married for over 60 years! They were so adorable together—still obviously very deeply in love! You should have seen these two “get down” and dance after they won! They have some serious moves!
And these two! Jamie rocked the dance floor all night long!
I think they must be teaching kids some serious dance moves in PE this year! All the weddings I’ve shot lately have the little kids doing the most amazing moves! These two were no exception!
Thanks again to Chuck, Jamie and their friends and family! You all made me feel so welcome! Special thanks to Kim and Eddie for the referral—I’m so looking forward to seeing you in August for a newborn session!

Colby’s bright blue eyes are so captivating—they match his momma’s! Thanks so much Jessica and Colby for a great session! The rest of your images will be up within a week.
The many faces of Colby—I think this storyboard should be printed big and hung in his nursery!
Colby may have more baby toys than any baby I’ve ever seen—they sure make him happy!
I love this one too—I could never say no to those big eyes!
Baby fists grabbing grass…it doesn’t get any better!
The skinny minis—Jess you look amazing!
I think this shot captures everyday life…mom and baby on the go!
Laughing and smiling—he’s all grown up!
Thanks again guys!!!
